Meet our Team of Experts:
Dana Railey, BSN, RN, HCS-O, HCS-D, is the co-owner and founder of Collective Healthcare Services, LLC. She is a seasoned healthcare professional with over 28 years of nursing experience, including 24 years dedicated to home healthcare. Throughout her career, she has served in a wide range of leadership and clinical roles, including Case Manager, Branch Director, Director of Operations, ICD-10 Coding and OASIS Reviewer, Educator, Consultant, and Auditor.
Dana’s expertise spans the full spectrum of home health operations—from frontline clinical care to executive leadership—giving her a unique ability to understand and improve both patient outcomes and organizational performance. In addition to her extensive background in home health, she has supported acute care settings in case management, clinical documentation improvement, utilization review, and discharge planning.
Beyond her clinical and operational expertise, Dana is a multifaceted professional with a strong foundation in web development, digital marketing, healthcare recruiting, and business development. As an entrepreneur, she leverages her technical and creative skill sets to help healthcare organizations modernize their operations and strengthen their brand presence. Utilizing advanced AI tools and automations, she boosts workflow efficiency, increases documentation accuracy, and provides support for clinical teams. She is passionate about integrating emerging technologies to help agencies enhance care, ensure regulatory compliance, and achieve sustainable growth.
Vickie Seal, MSN, RN, HCS-D, HCS-O, is the co-owner and co-founder of Collective Healthcare Services, LLC. She brings over 30 years of diverse nursing experience. As a registered nurse, she spent more than 20 years in the home health sector, taking on various roles including field staff, case manager, CWCA for home health and hospice, clinical manager, admission nurse, branch manager, educator, coder, and auditor. Her experience also included close collaboration with physicians as their office nurse, acting director, assistant director, and NPE at a nursing home and rehabilitation facility. Additionally, she served as a clinical educator for hospice care, floor nurse, ICU nurse, pediatric nurse, chemotherapy nurse, and medical-surgical nurse in hospitals, as well as an instructor in the RN program at a community college.
